The
Fuerteventura region
About a 15 minute drive from the airport
lies the pretty town of Caleta de Fuste - also known
as Castillo.
The town is well known for its friendliness and caters
particularly well for families and couples. There is
a beautiful beach, which has been constructed to avoid
currents, ensuring it is safe for children of all ages.

Those wanting to be a little more adventurous
can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf. The
harbour is also home to many yachts and boats, which offer
local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop
in the evenings.
As well as numerous bars and restaurants the town also
boasts a brand new shopping complex, a multi-screen cinema
and a 10 pin bowling alley.
