Our luxury vacation villa is situated on the outskirts of La Asomada village, one of the most peaceful rural areas of Lanzarote Island.

It has a breathtaking view of the capital city of Arrecife de Lanzarote, Tías and its tourist area Puerto del Carmen, the Puerto Calero marina, the coastal hills in the southern region of Yaiza, and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean with the nearby islands of De Lobos and Fuerteventura.

It is the ideal place to spend those very special holidays, such as anniversaries, a honeymoon, or other special events, when you want to relax and enjoy yourself in excellent surroundings and with all the comforts.

This spacious two-storey villa, nestling in a terraced terrain of about 3.000 m2, offers comfortable accommodation for 8 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with adjacent dining room and several terraces.

Besides a whirlpool in the main bedroom, satellite TV, video and a music system, there is a gym-room and a billiards room.

Marvellous rustic kitchen with adjacent dining room, fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, grill, deep-fryer etc. etc.. The washing machine and the tumble dryer are on the roof terrace that is reached from the kitchen.

The pool bar will not only surprise you because of its rustic architecture, but also because of its contents, such as the barrels filled with wine from Lanzarote - and everything is on the house.
