The new and magnificent harbor, Marina Rubicon is just 900 meters far away. It can also be reached along the promenade for pedestrians and cyclists. The Papagayo beaches can be reached walking in 10-15 minutes.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), guest bathroom, 3 terraces and a small, private heated pool. It is laid out over 2 floors and it was completed in early 2009. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious living and dining area leads to the first sun terrace with the swimming pool, which can be locked with a modern fence for small children. The other two terraces with magnificent views can be reached from the upper bedrooms. The lLiving room and 2 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning!
