3 different villas with view to the famous Papagayo beaches situated near by the Coloradas Beach only about 900 meters from the new yachting port "Puerto Rubicon". The Papagayo beaches you are reaching by feet in only about 10 - 15 minutes. The villas consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en suite, seperate guest toilet, 3 terraces and each of them with a small private pool. They are constructed on two floors and finished only in the beginning of the year 2009. The kitchens are completely equiped and the spacious living and dining room is leading to the first sun terrace with the pool, which is situated protected for smaller children. The 2 other terraces are beside the 2 top floor bedrooms providing a beatiful view. The villas are completely equiped in high quality.
There is aswell a patio with washing mashine and drying area. A sufficient number of comfortable sun beds and garden furniture for 6 persons is provided.
