This modern bungalow is located on a plot of 500 sqm, very quiet at the beginning of the town Playa Blanca. Because of its loication off the bustle, a rental car is recommended here. A off road parking place is available.
The south-facing terrace is equipped with furniture and sun loungers. The pool is heated and, therefore, even in the cooler months pleasant bathing is possible.
On the roof of the bungalow is another sunny terrace with a magnificent panoramic view available. The bungalow has a floor space of 100 sqm and is very comfortable.

The separate kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher
washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available
The bright living room and one of the bedrooms has air condition. There is a SAT-TV, DVD-Player and a HiFi-System. In the livingroom behind the sofas is the dining area.
From the living room, the beautiful pool terrace is acessable. The whole living area is very bright and friendly. There are two bathrooms. One is en suite. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds and a small safe.
