Located above Puerto del Carmen, close to the village Macher, La Asomada, on the highest point of a mountainside facing south, you find a private estate of approx. 50,000 square metres out of which 6,000 square metres are laid out like a park. One could easily call it an oasis, as there are more than 200 palm trees on this estate. There is also a principal building and right beneath you find the Bungalow "Empíreo" which is for rent.

Beneath the principal house, but with a separate entrance and own car park, this pretty apartment called "Casablanca" has been recently built and equipped as a holiday home.

Equipment:

It consists of one living room with an open, but very elegant kitchen, a snow-white dinette and a white sofa with side tables and modern lamps. A coffee machine and a toaster are also available. Special wishes are taken into account.

There are no words to describe the breathtaking panorama view (see photographs). The little half-roofed terrace is equipped with a white dinette. The bathroom has a WC, bidet and marble washstand.

The bedroom has a large built-in bed measuring 1.60x2.60m, fitted cupboards and a desk or worktable for laptop, etc. just right under the window. A LAN-connection is available. TV with own satellite access and stereo (even some CDs are available).

The landlord appreciates a high living standard and non-smoking. This goes along with the small park, the view and the close affinity to nature.

This apartment is the ideal starting point for smaller and bigger hiking trips and trips around the island and it is also suitable for people who love to stay in an individual home off the beaten track amidst peace, relaxation and nature.
