Villa Marina Deniz is located in the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina with its excellent restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Only 15 minutes from the airport of Arrecife and 5 minutes walk from the Puerto Calero Marina which is littered with millionaires yachts.

The Marina, it's restaurants and shops have been designed to the highest international standards. Now a recognised port for world races it is one of the finest marinas in Europe. Stroll out of the Marina to find secluded coves, excellent for swimming and peaceful sunbathing.

2 km from Puerto Del Carmen with long sandy beaches and masses of duty free shops, bars and restaurants. So definitely something for everyone.

ACCOMMODATION:

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:

All you need for a self catering holiday is there. Linen supplied and changed once a week. Towels also supplied and changed twice a week but you need to bring your own beach towels.

A safe is provided for your use free of charge, however a 20 euros deposit on arrival against loss of key is needed. Cots and highchairs are also available from the owners for an additional cost.

OUTSIDE:

Two very large terraces with fantastic views, BBQ area, pool table, ample sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, excellent heated swimming pool, ample parking space with electronic gate.

CAR HIRE:

Car is not essential but recommended. If a car is required we can reserve this for you when making your booking.

BOOKING NOTES:

Villa to be vacated by 10 am on the departure day unless other agreements are made with owners.
