Exterior view The villas dispose of ample terraces, with a covered eating area, barbeque, private heated pool (8m x 3,5m), shower, garden, and a spacious solarium with deck-chairs. They are geared to the south, thereby you can enjoy the sun from sunrise till sunset and you will have also an excellent view to Fuerteventura and Lobos. The Villas Don Pepe are just 7 minutes to walk to the ocean and the boardwalk. You can also find a private car-park. Naturally all is adapted to handicapped persons.
Interior View Every villa disposes of following interior characteristics: A modern kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, electronic kettle, coffee maker, air conditioning with heating function, radio with CD, satellite television, DVD-Player and some DVD's, safe, etc. 4 bedrooms for maximum 8 persons. 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite). One of them is especially equipped for disabled persons. There are no barriers inside and outside of the villas.
Location Villas Don Pepe are located in the spring climate fisher's town of Playa Blanca (Yaiza), in the south of the island Lanzarote which belongs to the Canary Islands (Spain). Playa Blanca, with its characteristic marine flavours in its streets and the conservation of its architecture, is used as maritime bridge (only 30 min with the ferry) to the neighbour island of Fuerteventura. The walking distance to the first shops and sea front is about 7 min.
Handicapped persons The Villas Don Pepe were built without barriers, ideal for wheel-chair bound persons who wish to enjoy their holidays. We try to do our utmost so that our handicapped guests feel comfortable. In the interior zone as well as in the exterior zone of the villas.

Interior view The access to the villas for wheelchair users is by the main entrance and the garden entrance. There is a private parking place for each villa. In each villa there is one accessible room with entrance from the living room area and the terrace. It has wide doors and plenty of space around the bed, the wardrobes and the safe are perfect for the access of a wheelchair user. There is an en suite bathroom with a bride roll in shower with holding bars, shower chair with wheels, low sink, low mirrors and toilet with folding bars on each side. The kitchen has all utensils in the lower closets, as well as the saloon.
Exterior view The terrace is completely accessible. The terraces for both villas have a covered dining area; there is also a BBQ for all fresco dining. The heated private pools are approx. 8m x 3,5m and are complete with poolside showers for refreshing. One of the villas has a pool hoist. Villas Don Pepe are located in the south of Lanzarote where you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk whilst gazing at the wonderful view of the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura.
