The apartment is situated in a private, quiet and very well kept housing
area "Oasis de San Antonio " near the well know hotel of the same Name.
The transfer time from the airport Arrecife is just about 10 minutes.
In
the park - alike, beautifully trimmed gardens two heated pools and a separate
childrens pool are at disposal.
The pool area is very sheltert from the wind
and equipped with numerous sunbeds. |

Description
The apartment ( 78 m² ) disposes of 2 separate bedrooms with 2 single
beds each and fitted wardrobes. The lavishly equipped kitchen offers all facilities
to make self catering easy and a fun. You´ll find a microwave, coffee maker,
toaster and a big fridge with freezer.

The bathroom has a separate toilet and a bidet. Further a washing machine,
iron & board, a clothhorse and a vacuum cleaner are provided, as well a built-
in safe for valuables .
In the cosy furnished living room the guests
have satellite television for their entertainment. |
The balcony ( 9 m² ) is furnished and offers nice sea views. The big and
neatly kept beach `Playa de Los Pocillos´ is in very easy walking distance,
sunbeds and - shades can be rented as well as pedalos to enjoy a relaxing day
of swimming.
Other recreational acticities nearby are diving, surfing
and crazy golf.
The golf course of Costa Teguise is a 20 minutes drive away,
bicycles can be rent.

In direct neighbourehood are two big, reasonable supermarkets with a very
good choice of products, the 3 - mile beach promenade along the " Avenida
de las Playas " starts right in front of the apartments´ door. There
are numerous boutiques, shops, banks and restaurants and bars suitable to all
tastes and purses to discover here. A bus stop and a taxi rank are very
near - by. Lanzarote offers a great variety of excursions and things to
see, either organized or private ! We supply an information brochure about the
most interesting locations and commercial excursion offers. |
