Located in a calm nature reserve, you are only a short drive away from the neat beaches of Puerto del Carmen, the elegant marina Puerto Calero and the fishing village Playa Quemada with its natural lava beaches. The house is centrally located and an ideal starting point to explore the numerous sites of natural beauty on this island. The wine-growing area and world heritage site La Geria is within walking distance.

We can organise a suitable rental car for a favourable price. We will be awaiting you at the airport to hand over the rental car to you. After your holiday you return the car to us and we take care that you will not be bothered with any formalities.

The house has a living space of approx. 120 square metres and is divided in a very large central kitchen-cum-living-room with a gas stove, oven, dish-washer and washing machine. Of course, the high-quality equipment also includes a coffee-machine, toaster, blender, waffle-iron and baking machine. A big country-style table is the perfect meeting point for your guests and friends. From the kitchen-cum-living-room you can directly assess the sunny and wind-protected terrace which invites you to start the day with a homey breakfast. Just next to the kitchen you find the open living room with comfortable seating furniture, satellite-TV, stereo with a record- and CD-collection and a comprehensive range of books. The bedroom has a large alcove bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an adjacent shower room.

The morning and midday sun invites you to sunbath on the sun beds of the bedroom balcony.
The corridor leads you to the second bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with own access to the terrace. As the house is divided in two separate bedroom units, it is also suitable for two couples.

The garden beneath the house has another terrace with comfortable seats and sun beds. Guests seeking an active holiday with a homey ambience and comfort, will feel at home in Villa Alegre.
