It is situated half a mile from Tahiche, and close to the Golf and 5 min. drive from beaches of Costa Teguise and wide range of holiday amenities, in the Resort of Costa Teguise Course. The spacious upper floor about 2400 sq. ft.(200 m2), including terraces, (60M2) provides a high standard of self-contained accomodation with private entrance and solar heated swiming-pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is also equiped with Sat TV, CD-RadioCasset & video and a small safe box.

The house can comfortably sleep up to seven persons
(10 persons with extra beds) in one single and three double bed rooms. It is considered to be ideal for families or groups expecting a paceful self - catering holiday and a perfect situatuated to visit Lanzarote's numberless, attractive tourist spots.

For your self catering, a spacious kitchen is avalible with all neccesary equipement.
A WELLCOME TRAY on arrival will contain 5 litres of water,
tea , coffee milk, sugar, biscuits and juice.
A small safe(1,5 cu.ft.) is free of charge, without insurance. ANY ITEMS PLACED IN SAFE BY GUESTS at THEIR OWM RISK.
A deposit of 18 € which is refunded at the end of your stay is to pay to the Owner on arrival for safe and house keys.

The Owner offers free incoming phone and FAX message delevery.There is a radio phone extension and guests can make outgoing calls and send faxes at the Official Rates.
The swiming- pool is cleaned once a week, which can be heated on request by a solar heating system).
