The location is ideal for guests who wish to stay in an individual holiday home off the beaten track, who seek a quiet neighbourhood and wish to discover the island without any stress.

This finca consists of two separate houses and has already been used as a farm more than 150 years ago. It is situated 250 metres above sea level on an estate of 7,500 square metres on the foot of the mountains Atalaya de Femes (608m) and Hacha Grande (560m). Therefore this finca is secluded from other towns and villages.

Your days begin with the sunrises over the Hacha Grande and end with spectacular sunsets over the black lava coast.

A stylish high-quality apartment was fit into the ancient dromedary stables made of natural stone and is for rent.

You find a combined living – bedroom area with a lounge, dining table, a king-size bed and a complete fitted kitchen with electric stove, fridge, etc. on approx. 95 square metres.

The living area is combined with a marvellous Moroccan-style patio with a large studio (25 square metres) which also gives you a unique view across the Southern part of the island and offers overnight accommodation for a third person.
