Villa Playa Blanca is located in the up coming town of Playa Blanca with its
excellent restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Only 25 minutes from
the airport of Arrecife and 5/10 minutes walk from the new Puerto Rubicon Marina
which is littered with millionaires yachts. The Marina, it's restaurants and shops
have been designed to the highest international standards. Stroll out of
the Marina to find secluded coves and beaches, one of which is Lanzarote's famous
Papagayo Beach which is excellent for swimming and peaceful sunbathing. After
minutes walk from this villa you can find masses of duty free shops, bars and
restaurants. Also, Playa Blanca has the main port for boats to/from our
neighbouring island of Fuerteventua. So definitely something for everyone |

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION: All you need for a self catering
holiday is there. Linen supplied and changed once a week. Towels also supplied
and changed twice a week but you need to bring your own beach towels. Cots and
highchairs are also available from the owners for an additional cost. OUTSIDE:
Two very large terraces with fantastic views, ample sun loungers, umbrellas, garden
furniture, excellent heated swimming pool (solar panel), ample parking space. |

but recommended. If a car is required we can reserve this for you when making
your booking. BOOKING NOTES: Villa to be vacated by 10 am
on the departure day unless other agreements are made with owners . |
