Playa Blanca is the flattest and warmest resort on the island, and attracts good clientele, as the night life is low key here, compared with some of the other resorts on the island.

The villa is located on the Private Community of Carlos Park, which is generally accepted as being one of the best locations in Playa Blanca.

Many of the houses on Carlos Park are lived in permanently by the owners, and the standards observed are exceptionally high, with the added benefit of being close to the sea , superb beaches, and to the many restaurants and small supermarkets.
