In the exclusive Los Mojones area, close to countryside yet only ten minutes walk from the Old Town, Harbour and beach. The villa has sub-tropical gardens, a heated swimming pool in a totally private stone-walled patio where there is also a built-in BBQ in a large shaded area.

The villa has a huge, cool lounge with Digital BBC TV and a CD/Cassette/radio stereo system, an elegant dining room and a fully-equipped (including dishwasher) kitchen with breakfast room adjoining.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a third bathroom for the other two bedrooms. There is a guest toilet off the hall. Extensive use of marble, wood and tiles contribute to making this a truly luxurious house with plenty of space.

A weekly maid and bed-linen service is operated and towels are changed twice a week. This can usually be upgraded to a daily service at extra cost.

PRICES:
from 3rd January 2002 to 2nd January 2003. Prices include, no charge for infants up to two years old, weekly maid and linen service, twice weekly towel change.

Prices range from £700.00 to £1,380 per week depending on numbers and season.
Bookings are taken from Thursday to Thursday to coincide with the flights from most British Airports.
