value of the estate. The active value of the estate consists of:

m² of building land to be identified for new buildings, in order to receive
the approval for constructing up to 2,500 m² in a rural area. Furthermore,
only those estates receive an approval for tourist use in rural areas, whose buildings
are more than 60 years old, which is here the case.

agricultural land.
- The usability of the old building substance.

- The impossibility
of developments in its surroundings.
