| The Lower House A flight of stairs, made from fine pebble stones, connects the upper
with the lower house and leads to a big terrace. Situated on the right side:
Living room with kitchen ,Patio, 1st bedroom, Bathroom, 2nd bedroom, Garage and
Terrace. This part will be sold unfurnished. Situated on the left side:
1st office / workspace, 2nd office with fax / phone, double garage, generator
house. Living room with Kitchen The living room comprises

House Technic and Energy The villa Juan Perdomo is situated at a
distance of about 2.2 km from the next public road and conists of an independing,
three way supply of energy. - Solar energy collectors 12 m² at
the roof of the upper house.
- A wind wheel producing up to 1.5 KWh.
- The
40 KWh generator for peak demand and recharge of batteries.
The energy
is stored in 24 batteries / 48 volts and transformed by three microprocessed transformers
to 220 volts. The permanent performance of the photoelectric installation
is approx. 10 KWh, at peak up to 16 KWh. In case, more energy is required, the
generator automatically starts. The whole installation is calibrated to produce
sufficient supply of energy without the use of the generator . The supply
of warm water of the upper house is secured by heat collectors on the roof und
stored in two reservoirs of 500 litres each. The lower house uses an electrical
boiler . Water Supply Upper reservoir 95.000 litres potable

10.000 litres The rain water draining system of both houses is planned to
supply the lower reservoir with rainwater, the service water of showers and basins
is collected separately. The Car Pool A Mitsubishi Pajero
convertible, short wheelbase, metallic - blue, 122.000 kms, build 1986, in good
technical and optical condition. A BMW 325iX convertible, 4 WD, metallic
- silver, 128.000 kms, build 1988, in good technical and optical condition.
