Outside facilities
All trees and bushes in the upper part, the planted volcanic crater and the crater for growing vegetables are connected to an automatic water supply, so troublesome watering by hand is dropped.

The Small Crater
Developed into a garden to grow lemons, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, papaya, herbals etc.

The Big Crater

The 20 meters deep crater with a bench and a millstone hosts a two levelled cave, which is not restaurated but perfect to be converted to many purposes. Originally was used as a party room with kitchen, toilet, shower and fireplace.

The Volcano
Adjacent the upper house on the territory of the natural reserve exists a big volcano with crater that invites for a nice stroll . Many wild fig bushes grow there and during summertime the fruits are just delicious. A tour around the fringe of the crater takes about 20 minutes.

The Solitary Swimming Bay
A west - heading dirt track, beginning at the lower house, leads trought the national park to the small bay of Playa del Paso. Only the locals and a few insider know about this unique place at the wild coasts of Timanfaya. The beach hardly has any visiters, because of the about 20 min. walk needed . In 90 % of the cases you´ll be alone with yourselves and god and enjoy the pure glory of the moment.

Climate
The Canary Islands dispose of a very balanced climate. Because of the constant north - eastern blowing winds and the steady currents of the Altlantic, Lanzarote is usually not too hot in summer and one of Europes warmest locations in wintertime.

The location and the house are absolutely unique, a second one like this will never be permitted to be build again.
