The villa was customised by the present owners as a therapeutic retreat. The grounds and facilities represent a level of design and detail rarely found on in the Canaries.

The villa comprises a spacious Master suite with panoramic island views, 5 further ensuite twin bedrooms, a hall, lounge with panoramic balcony, study, TV room, dining room, terrace, kitchen, utility room and drying area. Two of the ensuite rooms are on a lower level, thus making them ideal for a separate living space for Granny, Caretaker or rental. There are also 2 extra rooms, each with a shaded patio, overlooking the pool area, used as changing rooms for the pool. They can be used for emergency accommodation since they have twin built-in bunk beds, ideal for children. The 40 foot pool was designed with organic lines and set into the bedrock of the garden with a below-ground machine room for noise-free relaxation. The pool is surrounded by a number of palms, with colourful shrubs trees and perennials. Pool heating is by means of solar heating from panels on the villa roof. A special soft touch lining makes the pool ideal for water exercise. Treatment is by "active oxygen", thus chlorine free. Sunbathing round the pool is in a protected sunken area.  The pool trees and shrubs are illuminated at night to complement the unique fibre optic halo lighting just above the water level.

Overlooked by the dining terrace is large lawn within intersecting circles, planted  with Washingtonian palms. Adjacent to this is a shaded corner with a giant philodendron and multiple hammock zone.

The whole garden is served by digitally controlled irrigation systems and the the villa's water system has been contructed away from the house to minimise sound or vibration in this peaceful setting.

The back terrace has been extended to take advantage of the majestic views towards the island of Fuerteventura and also has dimmer controlled lighting around the area.

The drive has parking space for up to 10 cars.

The fully fitted kitchen includes twin fridges, a freezer, electric cooker, hob extractor, additional island gas hob, dish washer, halo work-surface lighting. There is even a sea-view for the cook!

Technical items include a TV aerial, Satellite dish for Sky Digital and trunking for a comuter network. The villa has 3 pairs of ISDN phone lines
